4 Bitter Gourds, peeled and deseeded

3 tbsp Mom Masale Kalonji Stuffing Masala
🛒 Shop Kalonji Bharwa Masala

1 cup Onion, finely chopped

3 tbsp Oil

Method
- Rub the bitter gourds with salt and leave them aside for about 20 minutes to reduce bitterness.
- Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until lightly golden.
- Add Mom Masale Kalonji Stuffing Masala and mix well.
- Stuff the prepared onion mixture into each bitter gourd.
- Tie each stuffed bitter gourd securely with kitchen thread to prevent the filling from spilling out during cooking.
- Place them in a pan with a little oil, cover, and cook over low heat.
- Turn occasionally until all sides are evenly browned and the bitter gourds are tender.
- Remove the thread before serving.
