  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden.
  2. Add the tomatoes and cook until soft.
  3. Stir in Mom Masale Chole Masala, red chilli powder, and salt.
  4. Add the boiled chickpeas and Mom Masale Amchur Powder.
  5. Simmer for about 12 minutes so the chickpeas absorb the flavours.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with bhature, puri, or rice.
