Dal Makhani

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Boiled Whole Black Gram & Kidney Beans
  • 1½ tbsp Mom Masale Dal Makhani Masala
  • 1 cup Tomato Purée
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cream

Method

  1. Melt butter in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  2. Sauté the ginger-garlic paste, then add the tomato purée and cook until well blended.
  3. Add Mom Masale Dal Makhani Masala and mix thoroughly.
  4. Stir in the cooked lentils and kidney beans.
  5. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Finish with fresh cream and serve hot.
