Dum Aloo

Ingredients

12–15 Small Potatoes, boiled and peeled

1½ tbsp Mom Masale Dum Aloo Masala
🛒 Shop Dam Aloo Masala

1 cup Whisked Yogurt

½ cup Onion Paste
-
As required Oil
Method
- Deep fry the potatoes until lightly golden.
- Heat a little oil in another pan and sauté the onion paste.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the whisked yogurt along with Mom Masale Dum Aloo Masala.
- Add the fried potatoes.
- Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with Indian breads.
