Dum Aloo

Ingredients

  • 12–15 Small Potatoes, boiled and peeled
  • 1½ tbsp Mom Masale Dum Aloo Masala 🛒 Shop Dam Aloo Masala
  • 1 cup Whisked Yogurt
  • ½ cup Onion Paste
  • As required Oil

Method

  1. Deep fry the potatoes until lightly golden.
  2. Heat a little oil in another pan and sauté the onion paste.
  3. Reduce the heat and stir in the whisked yogurt along with Mom Masale Dum Aloo Masala.
  4. Add the fried potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with Indian breads.
