Kadai Paneer

Step-by-step Kadai Paneer recipe made with Mom Masale ingredients for authentic Indian flavour.

Ingredients

  • 250 g Paneer
  • 1 cup Capsicum, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 1½ tbsp Mom Masale Kadai Paneer Masala
  • 1 tsp Mom Masale Kasuri Methi 🛒 Shop Kasuri Methi
  • 1 cup Tomato Purée
  • ½ cup Water
  • As required Oil

Method

  1. Heat oil and stir-fry the capsicum and onions over high heat for about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, cook the tomato purée with Mom Masale Kadai Paneer Masala until aromatic.
  3. Add the paneer, sautéed vegetables, and water.
  4. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Crush Mom Masale Kasuri Methi between your palms and sprinkle over the curry just before serving.
