250 g Paneer

1 cup Capsicum, diced

1 cup Onion, diced

1½ tbsp Mom Masale Kadai Paneer Masala

1 tsp Mom Masale Kasuri Methi
🛒 Shop Kasuri Methi

1 cup Tomato Purée

½ cup Water

Method
- Heat oil and stir-fry the capsicum and onions over high heat for about 2 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the tomato purée with Mom Masale Kadai Paneer Masala until aromatic.
- Add the paneer, sautéed vegetables, and water.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Crush Mom Masale Kasuri Methi between your palms and sprinkle over the curry just before serving.
