  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in Mom Masale Sabzi Masala, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, and salt.
  4. Mix well, cover, and cook over low heat until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  6. Serve hot with chapati or dal and rice.
