- Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in Mom Masale Sabzi Masala, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, and salt.
- Mix well, cover, and cook over low heat until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Serve hot with chapati or dal and rice.
