Ingredients

3 cups Mixed Boiled Vegetables (Potatoes, Peas, Cauliflower)

2 tbsp Mom Masale Pav Bhaji Masala
🛒 Shop Pav Bhaji Masala

1 cup each Onion, Tomato & Capsicum (finely chopped)

4 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Method
- Mash the boiled vegetables thoroughly.
- Melt butter in a pan.
- Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and capsicum.
- Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
- Add the mashed vegetables and Mom Masale Pav Bhaji Masala.
- Pour in a little water and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Toast the pav in butter and serve with the bhaji, chopped onions, and lemon wedges.
