Pav Bhaji

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Mixed Boiled Vegetables (Potatoes, Peas, Cauliflower)
  • 2 tbsp Mom Masale Pav Bhaji Masala 🛒 Shop Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1 cup each Onion, Tomato & Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

Method

  1. Mash the boiled vegetables thoroughly.
  2. Melt butter in a pan.
  3. Sauté onions, ginger-garlic paste, and capsicum.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  5. Add the mashed vegetables and Mom Masale Pav Bhaji Masala.
  6. Pour in a little water and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Toast the pav in butter and serve with the bhaji, chopped onions, and lemon wedges.
