Ingredients

  • 1 packet Mom Masale Instant Dahi Bada Premix
  • 4 cups Fresh Yogurt, whisked
  • 2 tsp Mom Masale Dahi Bada Masala 🛒 Shop Dahi Bada Masala
  • For frying Oil
  • For serving Sweet Tamarind Chutney

Method

  1. Prepare a thick batter using the premix and water.
  2. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Fry spoonfuls of batter until golden.
  4. Soak the fried vadas in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes.
  5. Gently squeeze out excess water.
  6. Transfer to whisked yogurt.
  7. Sprinkle Mom Masale Dahi Bada Masala and drizzle sweet tamarind chutney before serving.
