Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Mom Masale Jaljeera / Pani Puri Masala
  • 4 cups Chilled Water
  • 1 cup Boiled Potatoes and Chickpeas
  • 24–30 Ready-made Puri Shells

Method

  1. Mix the masala with chilled water until completely dissolved.
  2. Mash together the boiled potatoes and chickpeas with a little salt.
  3. Crack open each puri.
  4. Fill with the potato mixture.
  5. Add the prepared spicy water.
  6. Serve immediately.
