2 tbsp Mom Masale Jaljeera / Pani Puri Masala

4 cups Chilled Water

1 cup Boiled Potatoes and Chickpeas

24–30 Ready-made Puri Shells
Method
- Mix the masala with chilled water until completely dissolved.
- Mash together the boiled potatoes and chickpeas with a little salt.
- Crack open each puri.
- Fill with the potato mixture.
- Add the prepared spicy water.
- Serve immediately.
