  1. Combine the flour with Mom Masale Garam Masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and 2 teaspoons of oil.
  2. Knead into a firm dough using water as required.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll into evenly sized pooris.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan.
  5. Fry each poori until it puffs up and turns golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with potato curry, chole, or pickle.
