Aloo Paratha

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Dough
  • 4 medium Boiled Potatoes, mashed
  • 1 tsp Mom Masale Chaat Masala 🛒 Shop Chaat Masala
  • 1 tbsp Mom Masale Kasuri Methi (crushed) 🛒 Shop Kasuri Methi
  • As desired Green Chillies, finely chopped
  • To taste Salt
  • For cooking Ghee or Oil

Method

  1. Mix the mashed potatoes with salt, green chillies, Mom Masale Chaat Masala, and crushed Mom Masale Kasuri Methi.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions.
  3. Stuff each portion with the potato filling and seal carefully.
  4. Roll into thick parathas.
  5. Cook on a hot griddle, applying ghee or oil on both sides.
  6. Cook until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Serve with yogurt, pickle, or butter.
