1 tbsp Mom Masale Kasuri Methi (crushed)

As desired Green Chillies, finely chopped

Method
- Mix the mashed potatoes with salt, green chillies, Mom Masale Chaat Masala, and crushed Mom Masale Kasuri Methi.
- Divide the dough into equal portions.
- Stuff each portion with the potato filling and seal carefully.
- Roll into thick parathas.
- Cook on a hot griddle, applying ghee or oil on both sides.
- Cook until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve with yogurt, pickle, or butter.
