Ingredients

  • 2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tsp Mom Masale Booknu
  • For roasting Ghee or Oil

Method

  1. Roll a portion of dough into a thin chapati.
  2. Spread a thin layer of ghee over the surface.
  3. Sprinkle about ½ teaspoon of Mom Masale Booknu evenly across the dough.
  4. Fold into a triangle (or preferred layered shape).
  5. Roll out gently again.
  6. Roast on a hot griddle with ghee until both sides become crisp and golden.
  7. Serve hot with curd, pickle, or tea.
