Shahi Paneer
A creamy, royal-style paneer curry made easy with Mom Masale Shahi Paneer Masala.

Ingredients

250g paneer, cubed

2 onions, pureed

1/2 cup cashew paste or cream

2 tbsp Shahi Paneer Masala
🛒 Shop Shahi Paneer Masala

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

2 tbsp ghee or butter

Salt to taste

A pinch of sugar
Method
- Heat ghee in a pan and sauté the onion puree until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the Shahi Paneer Masala and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the cashew paste or cream along with a splash of water, and simmer until the gravy thickens.
- Gently fold in the paneer cubes, season with salt and a pinch of sugar, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with a swirl of cream, alongside naan or rice.
