Mutton Curry
A rich, slow-cooked mutton curry built around Mom Masale Meat Masala.

Ingredients

500g mutton, curry cut

2 onions, finely chopped

2 tomatoes, pureed

2 tbsp Meat Masala
🛒 Shop Meat Masala

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

3 tbsp oil or ghee

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a heavy pot and fry the onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
- Add the mutton pieces and sear on high heat for 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in the Meat Masala and tomato puree, and cook until the oil separates.
- Add water as needed, cover, and simmer on low heat for 35-40 minutes until the mutton is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with rice or roti.
