Masala Chai

Ingredients

1 cup water

1 cup milk

2 tsp tea leaves

1 tsp Chai Masala
🛒 Shop Chai Masala

Sugar or jaggery, to taste
Method
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add the tea leaves and Chai Masala, and let it boil for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the milk and bring the mixture back to a boil.
- Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chai turns a rich golden-brown.
- Add sugar or jaggery to taste, strain into cups, and serve hot.
