Ingredients

  • 2 cups Basmati Rice
  • 2 cups Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 cup Paneer, cubed
  • 2Β½ tbsp Mom Masale Hyderabadi Biryani Mix Masala πŸ›’ Shop Biryani Masala
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • ΒΌ cup Fresh Mint Leaves

Method

  1. Cook the vegetables and paneer halfway with Mom Masale Hyderabadi Biryani Mix Masala and ghee.
  2. Spread the partially cooked vegetable mixture evenly in a heavy-bottomed pot.
  3. Layer the partially cooked basmati rice over the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle fresh mint leaves across the top.
  5. Seal the pot tightly with a lid (or dough for traditional dum cooking).
  6. Cook over low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
  7. Allow the biryani to rest for 5 minutes before opening the lid.
  8. Gently fluff the rice and serve hot with raita, salan, or yogurt.
