3 tbsp Ghee

ΒΌ cup Fresh Mint Leaves
Method
- Cook the vegetables and paneer halfway with Mom Masale Hyderabadi Biryani Mix Masala and ghee.
- Spread the partially cooked vegetable mixture evenly in a heavy-bottomed pot.
- Layer the partially cooked basmati rice over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle fresh mint leaves across the top.
- Seal the pot tightly with a lid (or dough for traditional dum cooking).
- Cook over low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
- Allow the biryani to rest for 5 minutes before opening the lid.
- Gently fluff the rice and serve hot with raita, salan, or yogurt.
