Aloo Kachori

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Wheat Flour or Refined Flour
  • 4 Boiled Potatoes, mashed
  • 1½ tbsp Mom Masale Kachori Masala 🛒 Shop Kachauri Masala
  • For shortening and deep frying Oil or Ghee
  • To taste Salt

Method

  1. Mix flour with salt and 2 teaspoons of oil or ghee. Knead into a firm dough.
  2. Combine mashed potatoes with Mom Masale Kachori Masala and salt.
  3. Divide the dough into small balls.
  4. Stuff each with the potato filling and seal carefully.
  5. Roll gently.
  6. Deep fry over low to medium heat until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Serve with chutney or pickle.
