2 cups Wheat Flour or Refined Flour

4 Boiled Potatoes, mashed

1½ tbsp Mom Masale Kachori Masala
🛒 Shop Kachauri Masala

For shortening and deep frying Oil or Ghee

To taste Salt
Method
- Mix flour with salt and 2 teaspoons of oil or ghee. Knead into a firm dough.
- Combine mashed potatoes with Mom Masale Kachori Masala and salt.
- Divide the dough into small balls.
- Stuff each with the potato filling and seal carefully.
- Roll gently.
- Deep fry over low to medium heat until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve with chutney or pickle.
